About

Allen and Lisa Atkins have been serving the Lord together since 1983. Allen has served the local church in various capacities and today is the pastor of Sweet Water Baptist Church in Sweet Water, Alabama.

Allen’s teaching has been broadcast on various radio and television outlets through the years. He has ministered in over 130 churches and in fifteen different nations.

In 2006, Allen and Lisa began The Amen Ministry. Since that time God has worked through the ministry to provide hundreds of Bibles and thousands of Gospel tracts in several different languages. Other ministry opportunities have included: medical clinics, evangelistic meetings, planting churches, supporting The House of Hope Children’s Home in Romania, building churches, providing support and encouragement for pastors in developing nations, providing teaching and training for those pastors and so much more.

Allen and Lisa are blessed with three children, their spouses and nine grandchildren.

Mission Statement

The purpose of The Amen Ministry is to glorify God and serve His Kingdom through the encouragement and support of those who serve Him. We desire to partner with other believers to fulfill the Great Commission and to promote revival and spiritual awakening for the glory of God.

And blessed be His glorious name forever!
